We take pride in affording our guests a great stay in a clean & cosy room. Our room’s linen and bedding supplies are sourced mainly from natural material and eco-friendly manufacturers. Daily housekeeping includes towel change by default. In line with the hospitality industry worldwide, we have eliminated the use of single-use toiletries. If you would like to help us in our environmental efforts during your stay, please let us know.
Betel Nut Lodge is Unable to offer Guests facilities such as is found in big hotels. But, we promise to try our very Best to give our Guests a unique Penang stay experience that Only a local knows how! Our Guests will often be offered local snacks or pastries, usually made in-house in small quantities. Betel Nut Lodge also hosts arts, cultural & food events. Check up on our hotel’s events, especially during festive periods – and we hope you’d plan your itinerary to George Town and allow us to share these unique events with you.
Our quiet lounge area has an airwell courtyard with plants. Guests having breakfasts will be served here. Betel Nut Lodge does Not have a restaurant but food-themed events are regularly organised here. This lounge area serves as a great space for our guests to mingle or simply, to relax. With High Speed WiFi, some of our guests used this space for their “holiday work”.
